BELLEVUE, Wash., July 20, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Voip-Pal.com Inc. (“Voip–Pal,” the “Company”) (OTCQB:VPLM) is pleased to announce The Company has been approved for uplisting from the Pink Sheets to the OTCQB Exchange and began trading on the upgraded exchange on July 19, 2016.
To be eligible to trade on the OTCQB, companies must be current in their reporting and undergo an annual verification and management certification process.
Earlier this year the Company announced completion of an independent financial audit of fiscal years 2014 and 2015. Additionally, Voip-Pal became fully reporting to the SEC in the US and the SEDAR in Canada.

Voip-Pal’s patent suite currently has thirteen issued and/or allowed patents by the USPTO. In response to the Company’s recently filed lawsuits vs. Apple, Verizon and AT&T, two of those patents, RBR ‘815 and RBR Messaging ‘005 have become the subject of petitions for Inter Partes Review (IPR) by Unified Patents and Apple.
