£200 million 6 1/2% Debenture Stock due 2026 guaranteed by Grosvenor West End Properties (the "Debenture Stock")
Grosvenor UK Finance plc hereby announces its intention to transfer the trading venue of the Debenture Stock from the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange to the Professional Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "Transfer").
The Transfer is expected to take effect on 7 December 2016.
