Based on application of Dukascopy Europe IBS AS and LCD rules No 1 “On LCD participants”, Article 9 Latvian Central depository (further - LCD) board decided to terminate Dukascopy Europe IBS AS LCD participant status on December 1, 2016, consequently closing all Dukascopy Europe IBS AS corresponding accounts in LCD and suspending activities of all sorts that have been assigned to Dukascopy Europe IBS AS as a participant of LCD.
