Global Gardens Announces Listing on TSXV and Delisting From CSE


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 19, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GLOBAL GARDENS GROUP INC. (THE “COMPANY”) (CSE:VGM) announces that its common shares will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange after the close of trading on Friday December 30, 2016 and will be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") commencing at the open of trading on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.  There will be no interruption in trading and the Company's trading symbol "VGM" will remain the same.
