Director of Operations, Diamante Williams assisted in the expansion to McKinney by offering his business expertise and backing to Marcos Morales. Marcos, Diamante’s then Assistant Director has a dual citizenship in the United States and Mexico. With previous training in the auto mechanics, Marcos sought a new opportunity with unparalleled growth opportunity.
Within seven months of intensive training in sales, marketing, business leadership and brand management, Diamante was sure Marcos was ready for the next step. Within six months, the McKinney branch is projected to double in size, progressively taking over locations across Plano and Richardson.
