School safety organization to host national summit in Alabama for law enforcement, educational leaders

HOOVER, Ala., April 27, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- A conference in Alabama will help executive-level leaders in law enforcement and education learn how to properly design school safety initiatives, including school resource officer programs. The National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) will host its first-ever 2017 National Leadership Summit, “School-Based Policing and School Safety in the 21st Century,” May 8-9, in Hoover.
