Continuity Releases Latest Enhancements to its Industry Leading Compliance Management Platform RegAdvisor® Pro & RegControls™

ABA’s Regulatory Compliance Conference debuts new product advancements

ORLANDO, Fla., June 12, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Continuity recently announced major software upgrades to its industry leading compliance management, making the most comprehensive automated, regulatory change management solution even easier to use. From issuance of updates or changes to regulations to implementing those changes on the Continuity Platform, these updates increase client satisfaction. The new release of RegAdvisor® Pro includes easier access to available RegControls™ (to aid with implementation of new or updated requirements), an updated RegAdvisor alert timeline, an easier to understand difficulty scale, better Unified CMS alignment and fewer non-applicable alerts. Along with the updates to RegAdvisor Pro, Continuity revamped its Support Center with improved content, better contextual help and an easier way to submit help tickets or get support.

“These new features to RegAdvisor Pro make the user’s experience even better than before. We want to make automated compliance as easy as possible. Folks who understand that having a reliable, systematic unified CMS for their FI are the ones gaining ground and growing their institutions,” said Joel Nimety, Continuity’s Sr. Vice President of Engineering. “These updates were based on direct user feedback and requests. The new RegAdvisor Alert Timeline quickly show users all applicable dates related to any applicable alerts while the difficulty scale visually allows users to see how much effort will be required to implement the regulatory issuance. These two new features will make the compliance process easier to roll out across any organization,” continued Nimety.

An overview of some of the recent Continuity updates include:
•       RegAdvisor Alert Timeline: The new timeline visually displays where an FI’s activity falls within an Alert’s timeline. It shows applicable dates, such as when the Alert was issued by the regulatory agency, when it was analyzed by the Regulatory Operations Center® (ROC), and when it becomes effective.
•       Difficulty Scale: A new 4-point difficulty scale replaces the current 10-point “shovel count.” This scale gives users an at-a-glance measurement of the ROC's determination of the effort that will be required to implement the regulatory issuance.
•       Unified CMS Alignment: Within RegAdvisor Alerts, users will notice some additional implementation categories for Training, System Updates, and Monitoring. This new categorization helps financial institutions align with the Unified Compliance Management System (CMS) model.
•       New & Improved Content: The Support Center has been completely revamped, with a streamlined organization, new and revised articles, and a general makeover. Users will also see a promoted articles section, which shows those that have been deemed extra useful.

Continuity will be exhibiting these latest enhancements in booth 233 at the ABA Regulatory Compliance Conference, in Orlando, FL. In attendance, will be experts from Continuity’s Regulatory Operation Center® (ROC). Continuity business development personnel will provide demos onsite and explain the many benefits of RegAdvisor Pro and RegControls.
