Zywave Unveils On-demand Marketing Hub for Insurance Brokers

Enhancements to Broker Briefcase® help brokers promote their agency with hundreds of mobile-ready, on-demand marketing resources

MILWAUKEE, June 20, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, Zywave announces the launch of its On-demand Marketing Hub for insurance brokers. In the second round of enhancements to its flagship product, Broker Briefcase®, the marketing hub is designed to equip agency owners with hundreds of marketing tactics that can be leveraged across various channels, such as social media, websites, emails, in-person meetings, print and direct mail.

“Declining or stagnant new business production is one the top obstacles to agency growth,” says Dave O’Brien, Zywave CEO. “A compelling value proposition and an effective marketing plan are critical components of an agency’s growth strategy, but we found that most agency owners don’t have the resources to dedicate to developing these things. So, we decided to remove the roadblock of resource constraints and do the heavy lifting for them. The On-demand Marketing Hub means that, in a matter of minutes, our partners have everything they need to refine their value proposition and promote their agency in a way that gets results.”

June 2017 Enhancements

“We created and designed the marketing hub in Broker Briefcase with specific objectives in mind,” says Michael Yeh, product manager at Zywave. “We wanted to create ready-to-use (but customizable) templates for everything an agency would need to build a marketing plan, centralize and organize the materials so they are easy to find, and provide actionable quick tips within the hub so our partners can execute quickly and effectively. The marketing hub does all of these things, and I have no doubt we’ll be hearing success stories of agencies winning new business because of this enhancement.”

Summary of June Enhancements

  • New On-demand Marketing Hub: Hundreds of professionally written and designed marketing templates, including videos, PowerPoint presentations, emails, social media posts and formalized referral programs. All materials are centralized and accessible from the home page.
  • New Upgrades to Broker Briefcase Mobile: All materials are accessible from any mobile device, allowing brokers to connect with clients and prospects in real-time, which makes immediate meeting follow-up possible.
  • New Commercial Lines Risk Evaluation System (CLRES): A series of integrated products to help P&C producers demonstrate their expertise in more than 700 unique industries. The system also helps agencies onboard new producers, drive organic growth, and reduce errors and omissions exposures.

Zywave partners who have Broker Briefcase can access the On-demand Marketing Hub and CLRES directly within the product or through Zywave Home.

The expected launch date for the next round of Broker Briefcase enhancements is in mid-July of 2017.
