Alzheimer’s Foundation of America Statement on the Passing of Music Legend Glen Campbell from Alzheimer’s Disease


NEW YORK, Aug. 08, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Glen Campbell was a legend who will be remembered for his immense talent as a musician and revered for his courage and openness as a person who battled Alzheimer’s disease. 

His music inspired millions of people, and his brave fight against Alzheimer’s and efforts to raise awareness about this terrible disease inspired millions more.  He leaves an incredible legacy in both music and life which will be felt for many years to come.
