On 14 November, 2017 the Council of the Financial and Capital Market Commission resolved to register the Issue Prospectus for offer of up to 400 000 000 newly issued category B registered shares in paper form with a nominal value of EUR 0.30 per share by akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS KUĢNIECĪBA”, consequently allowing to launch the public offering of shares.
