Wendy and Avron Fogelman bring back two to one match grant for Boca West Children’s Foundation

Program launched last year raised $75,000 in six weeks

BOCA RATON, Fla., Dec. 18, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- For the second year in a row, Wendy and Avron Fogelman are launching a unique grant challenge for the Boca West Children’s Foundation. Starting today, the Fogelmans will donate two dollars for every dollar contributed by a new supporter of the Foundation.

The matching grant program was first launched last December and it raised $75,000 over six weeks, tripling the goal of $25,000. Funds raised help under-served kids in South Palm Beach County through the Foundation's support of joint programs with 25 local charities.

“Thanks to the Fogelmans' generosity, we tripled our fundraising goals and were able to serve 5,000 children in South Palm Beach County who need our help,” said Arthur Adler, chairman of the Boca West Children’s Foundation.  “We are overwhelmed by the Fogelmans support and to all of those who made contributions.  Every dollar raised goes directly to helping the kids.”
