WICHITA, Kan., Jan. 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Equity Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:EQBK), (“Equity”), the Wichita-based holding company of Equity Bank, will release its fourth quarter and full-year 2017 results on Thursday, January 25, 2018, with a press release issued after the market’s close.

Equity Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Brad Elliott and Chief Financial Officer Greg Kossover will hold a conference call and webcast to discuss fourth quarter and full-year 2017 results on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 9 a.m. central time.

Equity completed mergers with Cache Holdings, Inc. of Tulsa, Oklahoma, holding company of Patriot Bank, and Eastman National Bancshares, Inc., of Ponca City, Oklahoma, holding company of Eastman National Bank on November 10, 2017. Equity entered into definitive agreements on December 17, 2017 to acquire Kansas Bank Corporation (“KBC”) of Liberal, Kansas, parent company of First National Bank, and Adams Dairy Bancshares, Inc. ("Adams") of Blue Springs, Missouri, parent company of Adams Dairy Bank.
