Cantech Investment Conference to feature two dozen blockchain and crypto companies

Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA

TORONTO, Jan. 29, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Blockchain and cryptocurrencies have taken the world by storm, and Canada is an early leader.

With household names like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple on everyone's lips, the 5th Annual Cantech Investment Conference, which will take place this Wednesday, January 31 at The Metro Toronto Convention Centre, is the perfect place to catch up on the cutting edge of the space.

The Cantech Investment Conference will feature the most interesting Canadian companies in sectors such as Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Healthcare, and Robotics. But those looking for a one-day primer on blockchain and cryptocurrencies need look no further.

Cantech will feature multiple blockchain and crypto panels, such as a 1:00pm feature with Ethereum co-founder Anthony Di Iorio, who will sit down for a fireside chat with BNN Business Host Michael Hainsworth.

All told, two-dozen companies from the space will present at Cantech18. And many are publicly-traded, investible ideas. View the full 2018 agenda here.
