Mr. Bandy is an accomplished management and information systems executive with 19 years of experience. Prior to joining Guess & Co. Corporation, he was Director, Applications for Molina Healthcare. At Presbyterian Communities & Services, he was Director of Information Technology and Chief Information Security Officer. Mr. Bandy joined Guess & Co. Corporation as Interim Executive Vice-President and Information Technology Officer. He was responsible for routine information technology projects in the company before he became part of the senior executive team. Mr. Bandy was most recently Senior Executive Vice-President and Chief Information Officer for Guess & Co. Corporation. In that role, he was responsible for the Company's overall information management and IT infrastructure. Mr. Bandy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston. He is a Certified Security Compliance Specialist and Certified HIPAA Professional. As Senior Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Bandy directly oversees day to operations of the Company's businesses including the management of product/service delivery and support systems to ensure that the Company meets customer/client expectations.
