IFBC Mobile Street Food Business Is Featured On Italian TV


Italian Food & Beverage Corp. IFBC’s chef, Nico Brizzi, author of The Financial Chef, published on Amazon, was interviewed during his working hours, demonstrating the methods by which he creates his famous healthful, green smoothies which are known for their delicious taste, savory mouth-feel and quality ingredients.  Chef Brizzi went on to explain that he personally selects each age-old ingredient for its healing and preventative characteristics.

 In addition to Chef Brizzi, Mr. Andrea Di Gregorio, IFBC Vice-President, and Board member, was interviewed on the rise of IFBC’s street food operations wherein he stressed the company’s strong presence within the markets of the Campagna Amica.  Noting that IFBC’s street food operations enjoy prominent positioning at such high profile locations as The Milano Expo – Mercato, Circo Massimo, Eur – Tiburtina, St. Agnese Auditorium, The Ministero Della Salute, The Fondazione Einaudi, The Universita’ Tor Vergata Rettorata and Medicina, Mr. Di Gregorio has relied upon his well-honed marketing skills and extensive knowledge of food to open a new, successful location at the famous Anzio Beach.
