TORONTO, Feb. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- At this year’s Canadian International Auto Show (CIAS) in Toronto, consumers will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with Kia - the brand that has ranked number one in J.D Power’s Initial Quality Study two years running and has shocked the industry with its all new Stinger sports sedan.

In addition to national and provincial debuts of the redesigned Sorento and Forte, the new plug-in-hybrid version of Kia’s all-new, record-holding Niro, will also make its Canadian debut. Consumers will also get their first chance to climb inside – and enter a contest to win - the North American Car of the Year (NACTOY) finalist Kia Stinger. Special appearances from Toronto FC Alumni (including the MLS Cup) and Special Olympics will add even more excitement on specific days from the brand with ‘the power to surprise.’

“Whether consumers are looking for a powerful sports sedan, luxurious SUV, fuel-efficient daily driver or anything in between, the Kia brand has an exciting option for everyone at this year’s CIAS in Toronto,” said Ted Lancaster, Vice President and COO, Kia Canada Inc. “We’re also excited to have our partners from Toronto FC and Special Olympics join us at the show and to give our guests to the Kia booth a chance to enter our contest to be the lucky person who wins a brand new Kia Stinger sports sedan.”
