(“Longfin” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: LFIN), a global FinTech company, has announced that, on Feb 7, the company engaged CohnReznick LLP (“CohnReznick”) as its principal accountant, and on the same date dismissed AJSH & Co. LLP (“AJSH”). The engagement was approved by the Audit Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors.
As of the date hereof, the audit of the Company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017, has not yet been completed; however, the Company expects such audit to be completed as part of CohnReznick’s engagement.
