Regarding the planned coupon payment scheduled for February 25, 2018, VIA SMS Group informs investors about possible restrictions regarding the availability of disbursements. Investors who will receive scheduled coupon payment to their bank account opened with JSC ABLV Bank must take into account possible limits set to operations with received funds arising from the limited payment ability of JSC ABLV Bank stated by the Financial and Capital Market Commission.
These restrictions apply only to customers of JSC ABLV Bank and in no way affect the procedure of VIA SMS Group coupon payment.
