CALGARY, Alberta, March 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Clearview Resources Ltd. (“Clearview”) announces that Gregory Baum has resigned from his positions of officer and a director of Clearview effective immediately in order to pursue new opportunities.
Clearview is presently negotiating a potential merger with another junior oil and gas company which if completed would result in its President & CEO becoming the President & CEO of the merged entity.
The Board of Directors of Clearview have appointed Steven Glover, the present CFO of Clearview, to act as President & CEO until the mentioned merger is completed or a replacement President & CEO is found.
