Andrew Stordeur Joins Sundial’s Senior Leadership Team as Chief Commercial Officer


ROCKY VIEW, Alberta, March 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sundial Growers Inc. (“Sundial”) is pleased to announce that Andrew Stordeur will be joining the company’s leadership team as Chief Commercial Officer in March.  Stordeur comes to Sundial from Molson Coors Canada, where he was Chief Sales and Customer Officer. He brings over 15 years of consumer goods experience to the leadership team.

Stordeur previously worked in the fast moving consumer goods industry both domestically and internationally, contributing to the success of well-known brands like Molson Coors Brewing Company, Mars Canada Inc., and other international consumer packaged goods companies. Before being named Chief Sales and Customer Officer at the Molson Coors Brewing Company, he held senior executive roles of increasing responsibility and seniority. These included regional sales leadership positions and global responsibility for salesforce capability and execution.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Stordeur will lead Sundial’s commercial capabilities with a focus on sales and customer management. His team will be focused on driving top and bottom line performance as well as growing market share and achieving operational effectiveness. His immediate priority will be to partner with provincial regulators and retailers to jointly prepare for full adult-use cannabis legalization this summer.
