Stronger employment engagement results in higher customer satisfaction

ORLANDO, Fla., March 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Holiday Retirement was recently certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work Institute®. Holiday Retirement earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its associates in anonymous surveys.

The study was centered on a trust index score based on positive results in the five dimensions of trust:  credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Results will be used to formulate actionable plans to increase employee retention and raise employee engagement and financial performance.
