TORONTO, April 30, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OutdoorPartner Media Corporation (“OutdoorPartner” or the “Company”) announced today that MM Enterprises USA, LLC has elected to terminate the previously announced binding letter of intent between the parties in respect of a proposed business combination and OutdoorPartner has consented to such termination. Accordingly, the proposed transaction between the parties will not be proceeding and the annual and special shareholders’ meeting of the Company scheduled for May 22, 2018 to consider the approval of matters related to the transaction has been cancelled. The Company will continue to search for other prospective merger and acquisition opportunities.
