Simex has developed and is commercializing a multi-functional online international digital asset management, investment and trading platform that is capable of buying and selling cryptocurrencies, tokens and conventional currencies.
The platform can also be used to complete money transfers, issue debit cards, and to raise moneys for projects through crowdinvesting. The Company intends to change its name from American Retail Group, Inc and to Simex Inc., at which time it will also seek to change its trading symbol. The Company also intends to apply to list its securities on NASDAQ.
