(Oslo, Norway, May 29, 2018) Solon Eiendom ASA Board Member Tore Aksel Voldberg has today through his wholly owned company Dukat AS bought 100.000 shares and through his wholly owned company Skøien AS bought 270.485 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 30.00.
Following this transaction Tore Aksel Voldberg through Skøien AS holds 8 664 032 shares and through Dukat AS holds 3 526 453 for a total holding of 12 190 485 shares, equalling 21,719 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
