Digital Arts Media Network Facilitates Onboarding of Artificial Intelligence Startup to Crowdfunding Portal TruCrowd

Bronx, New York, UNITED STATES

NEW YORK, June 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Digital Arts Media Network, Inc.  (OTCMKTS:DATI), a specialized tech accelerator leveraging the Public Accelerator-Incubator (PAI) model, announced today that the Company has facilitated the onboarding process for the Artificial Intelligence Digital Workforce Platform Developer, WorkDone Inc., onto the equity crowdfunding platform (owned and operated by TruCrowd, Inc.).

WorkDone Inc. has completed its onboarding process with truCrowd and has filed its Form C as part of the Reg. CF requirements.

Ajene Watson, CEO of Digital Arts Media Network, stated, “We are pleased to facilitate the onboarding process for disruptive tech startups we believe will ultimately become trailblazers in their industries. WorkDone, a startup led by a Harvard educated serial tech entrepreneur, along with former technical, product and sales experts from IBM, have developed an AI platform that can perform tasks autonomously.”

WorkDone is developing an AI platform that caters to small and large organizations looking to deploy a digital workforce composed of automated software bots. These bots, referred to as “agents,” are seamlessly trained through normal user activity. Once learned, agents can perform the same tasks autonomously. Agents reside on blockchain for purposes of trust, transparency and commerce.

Watson continued, “This is a huge win for Digital Arts in two ways. First, it’s a win that WorkDone chose to utilize the crowdfunding portal owned by TruCrowd, Inc., which Digital Arts has an equity stake in.  Second, Digital Arts now has the ability to possibly add WorkDone to its equity portfolio. We believe WorkDone will be a solid addition to the Digital Arts and truCrowd portfolios."

As Mr. Watson previously stated, DATI’s primary function as a PAI (Pubic Accelerator-Incubator), is to expedite capital formation for startups, accelerate liquidity for investors, and provide disenfranchised investors access to the caliber of tech startups, normally only reserved for the rich.  Starting with WorkDone, management anticipates they will facilitate about a dozen or so, high-valued, high-growth, startup opportunities onto truCrowd.  This effectively acts as an entry point into the PAI’s echo-system – ultimately leading a startup to leverage DATI’s Angels+ and Invest+ programs – moving a startup through all of the stages of the Public Accelerator-Incubator: Acceleration, Incubation, Acquisition, Spinoff.

Watson concluded, “DATI and WorkDone are working toward a formal consultancy engagement which should lead to WorkDone leveraging Angels+ and Invest+, adding this amazing AI company to our equity portfolio of startups.”

WorkDone intends to launch its crowdfunding campaign in June of 2018.
