(“Colwell”) to provide ongoing strategic investor relations services. The advisory services to be provided will include expanding Atlas’ presence with the Canadian brokerage and investment community, managing the Atlas shareholder base, organizing management road-show presentations, assisting with the overall strategy for corporate communications, and sourcing financing to fund Atlas’ growth plans.
