12 ReTech Signs a New Contract to Install its 12 Technology Suite in a New Itoya Store in Japan!

Carson City, NV & Hong Kong, June 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 12 ReTech Corporation (OTC: RETC) announced today that it has signed a new contract with Itoya to install its 12 Technology Suite — currently being used since 2016 at their flagship store in Tokyo's famous upscale shopping district of Ginza —to a new store soon to be open.

Angelo Ponzetta, 12 ReTech CEO, commented “This new commitment from Itoya demonstrates that our proprietary technology can assist retailers in many attractive ways, especially in getting more customers to their stores. Online shopping has gained acceptance by many consumers, but 12 ReTech is about making shopping fun and entertaining as well, and bringing customers back to the brick and mortar stores and to the shopping malls again.”

Angelo Ponzetta continued, “We are excited to announce that Itoya — our first client — has decided to install our 12 Technology Suite in another of their stores. We will be integrating both our 12Mobile App and our 12Instore App to their new operations.”

“Our 12Mobile App helps the store to collect contact information and data about the merchandise a shopper was interested in.  The store can also communicate future special offers and brand advertising via the 12Mobile App to these same shoppers.”

“Our 12Instore App keeps sales training costs down allowing sales associates to utilize a merchandise information tool which helps them to properly assist their customers inside the store, will also be installed.”

Mr. Akira Ito, President of Itoya, had previously commented, “At the time when I was trying to understand the attractiveness of online shopping and thinking about creating an in-store integrated system that would feel natural to our customers, I heard about the 12 Technology Suite. This system is on a different level from what is normally described as omni-channel retailing; it is an excellent tool that can multiply the attractiveness of brick-and-mortar stores by offering the customer the appeal and convenience of online shopping in the real world.”

“Using this technology, our salesclerks can easily search for any product in stock, confirm the inventory and communicate with the staff in the warehouse. This greatly enhances the work efficiency of each salesperson, allowing a longer, meaningful communication with the customer. For us, this is the biggest point for improving customer satisfaction at a real store.”

12Instore App and 12Mobile App can be linked into a department store’s ERP system or be configured to act as a smaller sized retailer’s ERP system.  It allows customers to place orders while in the store or access their purchase choices from their smart phones at a later time if desired. The 12Mobile App also allows the retailer to reach the customers through their email or social media contact information for future sales or other offerings.

Angelo Ponzetta continued, "We are in discussions with additional retailers about how our technology can drive shopping traffic. There are also consumer products companies interested in learning how our technology can help them build Brand awareness with consumers, not only to increase sales through their brick and mortal channels, but also sell more through their e-commerce sites. 12 ReTech addresses both needs. As a matter of fact, we are busy executing our customer acquisition and sales growth strategies with our own Emotion Apparel brand acquired last month.”

“12 Retech Corporation continues to be focused on building acceptance of its proprietary technology by retailers and plans to grow organically and through future acquisitions.”
