Healthcare Veteran Eileen Cianciolo Joins NovuHealth as Chief Product Officer

With 25 Years of Product and Operations Management Experience, She Becomes NovuHealth’s First Chief Product Officer

With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Cianciolo brings expertise in product management, data analytics and operations to her new role. Cianciolo will also be a member of NovuHealth’s executive leadership team.

In her role as Chief Product Officer, Cianciolo will be responsible for every aspect of product management, from conceptualization to development to launch to delivery and post-launch performance. She will lead an extensive team of product managers, product analysts, and consumer engagement and experience strategists, and will report directly to Wicka.

Cianciolo joins NovuHealth from SCIO Health Analytics, where she was also Chief Product Officer. At SCIO she spent more than two years in charge of corporate-wide strategy, product portfolio and lifecycle, analytics team, clinical team and professional services P&L. During her tenure, Cianciolo helped build SCIO's product portfolio to include payment integrity, care optimization, risk adjustment and life sciences. She also established a company-wide product roadmap process and software development lifecycle to help streamline processes.

Before SCIO, Cianciolo was CEO of her own firm, CNC-OLO Consulting, where she provided consulting services to healthcare firms developing and implementing product strategy and product lifecycle processes. Before that she spent more than three years at Medimedia, where she joined as Vice President of Analytics and Reporting and eventually rose to Chief Product Officer. Prior to Medimedia, Cianciolo held numerous high-level positions throughout the healthcare industry, including Director of New Product Development at Anvita Health (now Humana) and Vice President of Product Management at Alere (now Optum Health)/ParadigmHealth. Earlier in her career Cianciolo worked as a senior consultant at The PCI Group, and as a Program Development Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
