It's been an awesome, and intense, 2018. Many things are tracking well, lots of exciting activities have taken place as well as there are some challenges we're working through. Everyone is pumped and feels the momentum.

 We're scaling up Important Product Initiatives

  • We're close to closing a major Las Vegas hotel/resort client for an endorsement.
  • On-line activity is currently pushing rapid growth. We are experiencing success in our on-line sales. Last Shot online sales are ramping up and early indications are that this is going to enhance sales and revenues for the brand going forward.

Fully Reporting and Update to OTC

  • The company is finalizing plans to become Fully Reporting. After careful deliberation the decision is that this direction is best for shareholders. We intend to update to OTC.

New Label with Nutrition Facts

  • This effort includes the design and re-introduction of Last Shot's label to meet the needs of retail consumers and enable customers to quickly identify our beverage and to refer to the nutritional information more easily. Industry research indicates that label modifications will not only give the consumer more smart and necessary information but can also enhance and encourage a purchase.

New Vendor and Distribution Agreements

  • Original Shark, American entrepreneur and business executive, Kevin Harrington will spearhead developing new vendor and distribution agreements for North America. Kevin will be facilitating the negotiations that meet our needs.

Key Activities and Take-Aways

  • We continue to have a ton of momentum across every important metric. American Grammy Winning record producer, rapper, singer, songwriter and DJ Timbaland along with Kevin Harrington, founder of As Seen on TV and appearing on the ABC TV television series Shark Tank, will be collaborating on the marketing campaign that will feature a pool of celebrates and athletes to enrich brand identification and endorse Last Shot for the retail markets in the U.S.A.
