Riga, 2018-07-23 15:17 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The shareholder's meeting of Capitalia on July 17, 2018 has approved establishment of AS Capitalia branches in Estonia and Lithuania. The branches will resume activity in the mentioned countries once merger of AS Capitalia with its daughter companies in Estonia and Lithuania will be finalized. The shareholder's meeting also approved merger project as a result of which mother company in Latvia will be merged with daughter companies to form a legal form Societas Europaea Capitalia.
