Lisa will lead efforts that facilitate the deployment of Edmentum digital assessment, curriculum, and instruction capabilities to address some of education’s most significant challenges. More specifically, Lisa will serve a mission that addresses teacher and course shortages in rural learning environments and building more effective career pathways that relieve the nation’s critical workforce shortages.

Lisa brings over 30 years of passionate experience in education and workforce leadership with organizations such as Texas Instruments, Inc and ACT, Inc. She was a founding member of the education start-up, Voyager Expanded Learning and started her career as an educator in the classroom. Her relentless focus on equity, access, and success for all students is evidenced by her multiple years on boards and committees such as the National Council of Community and Education Partnerships (NCCEP).

Lisa holds a master’s degree in early childhood education from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with honors.
