BEDFORD, Mass., Sept. 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, ESG Associates Inc. announced that it has ended its management association with the Essex Sports Center in Middleton, MA. Operational management of the sports center has been transferred back to the managing members of Essex Sports Center.
“As ESG’s original management services contract nears the end of its original term, Essex Sports Center has chosen to self-manage the operations moving forward,” said Brian DeVellis, President of ESG Associates Inc. “We’re proud of the strong foundation ESG has built for the Essex Sports Center, and wish the new managing team much success as they assume an active leadership role.”
Essex Sports Center is a state-of-the-art private recreational facility offering twin ice sheets, a 30,000SF indoor synthetic turf field house, strength training and rehab centers that serve all of Essex County. It is home to top tier high school programs such as St. John’s Prep, Essex NS Agricultural and Technical School and also houses the Aztec soccer program, as well as Danvers and MASCO youth hockey programs and the Islanders Hockey Club.
ESG Associates was retained by the Essex Sports Center managing team in October 2016 to manage the facility, and provide programming and operations expertise through the facility opening.
