CalPrivate Bank Announces Approval for New Branch in the South Bay of Los Angeles


LA JOLLA, Calif., Sept. 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Private Bancorp of America, Inc. (OTCQX:PBAM) Private Bancorp of America, Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary CalPrivate Bank, “Bank” has received approval, effective September 12, 2018 to open a new branch in the South Bay of Los Angeles.

The Branch will be located at 2321 Rosecrans Avenue, El Segundo, CA.  Opening of the branch is anticipated to occur in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The new branch will be the Bank’s sixth, joining locations in Coronado, San Diego, La Jolla, Newport Beach and Beverly Hills.
