With effect from 14 October 2018, Mr Dariusz Kalinowski, the member and the president of the management board of Emperia Holding S.A. and Stokrotka S. p. z o. o. that are the subsidiaries of MAXIMA GRUPĖ, UAB in Poland, resigns from the management board member of these companies. Mr Dariusz Kalinowski will be replaced by Mr Arūnas Zimnickas appointed as the new member and the president of the management board of Emperia Holding S.A. and Stokrotka S. p. z o. o. as of 15 October 2018. He currently holds the position of the member of the supervisory board of Emperia Holding S.A.
As of 14 October 2018 Mr Arūnas Zimnickas resigns from the position of the member of the supervisory board of Emperia Holding S.A. He is replaced by Mr Dariusz Kalinowski who will be appointed as the member of the supervisory board of this company.
