Mark Elenowitz, TriPoint Global Equities/BANQ's CEO, Appointed to Board of Directors of National Investment Banking Association

Mr. Elenowitz joins Brian Zucker, Partner RRBB, who has also been appoint to the board of directors.  TriPoint made history in 2017 when it completed the first Reg A to list on a National Securities Exchange (which listed on the New York Stock Exchange).  This methodology of listing was driven by Mr. Elenowitz, who is responsible for the overall corporate development of TriPoint and advising clients on structuring, financings and acquisitions.
