Todd Fink, O2 Investment Partner Managing Director, announced the addition.

Frye will be responsible for evaluating new transactions, due diligence, underwriting, and monitoring O2’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining O2, Frye was with GCA Advisors, a middle-market investment bank in San Francisco offering M&A and private financings advisory services. He focused on executing M&A transactions across the broader technology sector. Jimmy graduated with honors from Kalamazoo College with a BA in Economics, where he was also a captain and wide receiver on the football team.
