V2T Roof System to be Available to Roofing Professionals through Carlisle Construction Materials and Versico

New distribution agreement makes leading-edge roof vent system more widely accessible nationwide

Charlotte, North Carolina, Nov. 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In the 14 years since its revolutionary roof vent was designed and patented in 2004, the V2T Roof System has been steadily earning the praise and support of roofing professionals and roofing manufacturers for its performance and ease of installation. Now, the V2T Roof System is about to take another step forward in reinventing the low-slope roofing industry with a new distribution agreement with Carlisle, the largest roof membrane manufacturer in the U.S.

“Wind ballasted roofing systems designed by V2T are the future of low-slope roofing industry,” said Pat Murphy, General Manager for V2T. “To make that future a reality, we needed to make the system more accessible to a wider audience. Aligning with Carlisle delivers that while also reinforcing both brands’ commitment to quality, high-performance roofing solutions.”

As part of the non-exclusive agreement, Carlisle will sell the V2T Roof System, under their own brand name — VacuSeal Vent Secured Roofing Systems. All components of the system will continue to be V2T Roof System vents and accessories. Carlisle will also be selling VacuSeal brand through its Versico brand product line and will offer its full sales force, consulting network, and independent reps to market the V2T system.

“As competitive as the industry is, being able to offer clients the latest, most advanced technology is a significant advantage,” said Alex Drescher, Product Manager at Carlisle. “Distributing VacuSeal, with V2T components, is something we believe will attract new clients to Carlisle and further strengthen our relationships with existing clients and professional installers who expect the best of the Carlisle and Versico brands.”
