Silicon Legal Strategy Welcomes Former Orrick Associate Rob Woodward


SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that Rob Woodward has joined the firm as an associate in its San Francisco office. 

Rob represents technology companies and their investors on venture capital deals and advises technology companies on various corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, employee benefits and fundraising.  Rob has a passion for the entertainment, fintech, biotech and hardware industries, and particular experience with cross-Pacific transactions.

Prior to joining SLS, Rob was an associate in the Technology Companies Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in Northern California and at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in Tokyo.

Rob received his JD from Stanford Law School and his BA in Japanese and Economics from Vassar College.
