Chris J. Osentowski Named Division Chief Development Officer at HCA Houston Healthcare


Houston, Dec. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chris J. Osentowski, the chief development officer (CDO) at HCA-affiliated Medical City Plano , has been named the division CDO at HCA Houston Healthcare, effective Dec. 31, 2018.

Osentowski has been the CDO at Medical City Plano for a year. Prior to that, he was the director and then vice president of business development. He has been with HCA Healthcare since 2015. Before joining HCA Healthcare, Osentowski was with the Dallas offices of GlaxoSmithKline and Capellon Pharmaceuticals.

“Chris will lead the strategic growth of the division, including physician partnerships, service line development, network integration and other efforts to improve healthcare programs in the communities served by HCA Houston Healthcare,” said HCA Houston Healthcare President Troy Villarreal. “This is an essential function, and I am confident Chris will be a great addition to our leadership staff. “

Osentowski graduated from Texas Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration and a health sector management certificate from Duke University.

Osentowski is a DFW Hospital Council Young Executive Cohort member. He also holds certifications from the Jefferson School of Population Management and National Committee for Quality Alliance for Patient-Centered Medical Home. His community involvement includes being a volunteer, coach and board member at the Plano YMCA.
