SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Quest Solution, Inc. (OTCQB: QUES), (“Quest” or “the Company”), a provider of Supply Chain and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Machine Vision solutions, announced it has been awarded a contract for the supply of State of the Art mobile tablets, scanners and wearable data collection technologies to one of the largest food distributors in the U.S. The estimated value of the contract is approximately $4 million in 2019.

Quest will be replacing the existing supply chain management devices at approximately 25 distribution sites in the U.S. and Canada with handheld mobility products designed to collect, identify, track and trace assets as well as share and connect collected inventory data to the distributor’s internal IT system. The products range from modern voice picking headsets and belt-worn computers to rugged tablets and barcode scanners. Quest has already booked an approximated $2 million in Purchase Orders for the first group of distribution sites, expected to rollout over the next several months.

Shai Lustgarten, CEO of Quest, stated: “We are very pleased to have secured this project from a longstanding customer of ours, a well-respected distributor in North America. Quest provided an in-truck solution for the client’s distribution fleet last year, and our selection for this project to provide its new logistics management equipment is a validation of our ability to offer a comprehensive solution for the growing needs of companies that are among the largest in the U.S. We look forward to continuing to roll out our unique Artificial Intelligence solutions which optimize operational efficiencies by enabling data collection and analysis for smarter decision making.”
