RMG partners with Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex to deliver new bus tour experience

DALLAS, Feb. 20, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RMG Networks (“RMG”), global leader in technology-driven visual communications,  announces their latest partnership with Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex to create a universe of new exhibits and interactive experiences for 2019. Among the new exhibits RMG had the privilege to work on is the enhanced Kennedy Space Center Bus Tour video, introduced in December 2018 and now available for guests taking this Special Interest Tour.

RMG was awarded the opportunity to create, write and produce the new, approximately 30-minute video series made up of 13 module episodes of guest education and entertainment to enhance the Kennedy Space Center Bus Tour – the only way guests can access the restricted areas behind NASA’s gates. The video series takes guests behind the gate to experience an active spaceport — the past, current and future is all captured within these modular videos now playing on the visitor’s center bus tour.  Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex has also updated many of their tour buses, complete with new video screens to present a stunning visual experience for guests.

“It is an extreme honor to be working on the Kennedy Space Center Bus Tour experience. The RMG produced video series combines original content and archival footage to take visitors behind the gates and beyond the screen. We’re excited to be a part of bringing the past, present and future of space to visitors through these new videos,” says Jerry Rosen, RMG’s chief revenue officer.

“I’m so excited to be the host of Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex’s new bus tour video produced by RMG,” says Emily Calandrelli, Emmy-nominated TV host, science communicator, public speaker and children’s book author. “I already considered myself a space explorer of sorts, but now I get to take thousands of guests with me behind the gates as I explore America’s multi-user spaceport and learn how NASA’s Kennedy Space Center is preparing for the future of space exploration.”

From exclusive interviews with NASA experts to access to working spaceflight facilities that are off-limits to the general public, guests will be able to follow tour video host @TheSpaceGal as she shares her experience Behind the Gates.
