During this milestone year, the organization was also marked by significant new opportunities that accelerated its growth.

With 38 new, large-scale client acquisitions, IN-RGY now boasts 150 organizations within their client-partner portfolio. In fact, the company generated one of the highest growth rates in Québec. To meet demand, the company experienced a 66% internal expansion, increasing the number of employees from 60 to 120 employees.

With a long track record of successful mandates and the ability to deliver total client satisfaction, 2018 will go down as a monumental achievement that sets the foundation for continued growth and innovation. “We are committed to always doing more, doing better. What’s in-store for 2019?

IN-RGY’s 2019 vision is focused on solidifying their growth with continued expansion in North America and Europe. Through their new business strategy, IN-RGY is excited to unveil three distinct entities focused on complementary solutions and strategic value.

The first company under the IN-RGY umbrella will focus on their core strength of implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and providing digital transformation support services. The second company, based in Atlanta, will focus on delivering Robotic Process Automations solutions, under the company brand, INVOKE.

IN-RGY will soon announce the new brand name of their third company, focused exclusively on providing strategic consulting, change management and organizational transformation to better assist mid-to-large size companies during their digital transformation.

With these three separate entities, IN-RGY’s goal is to segment its distinct offerings to better serve the market, while capitalizing on best-in-class technologies, methodologies and outstanding experts. 2019 will be an exciting year filled with new challenges and experiences for the ambitious IN-RGY team.
