Zappos.com Honors Teachers, Students, and Military Customers’ Service to Community

LAS VEGAS, April 09, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zappos.com, the customer service company that just happens to sell shoes, clothing and more, is honoring two of the four pillars through which it strives to live and deliver wow–Customer Service and Community–with a new discount program aimed at giving back to those who deserve it the most. Starting today, eligible teachers, college students and military will receive 10 percent off all purchases made on the site!

This small token of appreciation is meant for community members who do big things – from teachers and faculty working hard to empower students, to students hitting the books to build a brighter tomorrow, and our military families sacrificing for a safer future.

“Our goal is to deliver happiness, whether through our commitment to customer service, or by celebrating those who spend their lives giving. We want to express our sincerest gratitude to the folks working tirelessly every day to make our communities great,” said Kedar Deshpande, VP, Technology and Quantitative Marketing at Zappos.

For more information on how to apply and qualify for the discount, please go to Zappos.com/programs. Upon verification of eligibility, customers will be able to shop immediately with the use of their individual promotional code, which will automatically apply at checkout. School administrators, faculty, and registered dependents of veterans and active military members are eligible.
