Freeland Joins Assured Risk Cover: Will Help Grow Distribution and Revenue for StormPeace™

CLEARWATER, Fla., May 06, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Assured Risk Cover (ARC) today announced that Tom Freeland has joined the company as Market President and Investor. Freeland will be responsible for growing the revenue streams of StormPeace residential and commercial parametric insurance.

He has deep experience competing in the Property & Casualty insurance marketplace, including an engagement at GuideWell Connect, where he led a team that assembled and delivered a suite of best-in-class auto and home insurance products including StormPeace to over five million health care members in Florida.

He also held positions of increasing responsibility with Atlanta Casualty, a Great American/American Financial subsidiary that grew from $90 million to $595 million in revenue and from five to 36 states during his tenure. Freeland managed the company’s distribution strategy, building relationships with independent agents, national accounts, affiliates and vendors. He also worked on the team that spun off Infinity Property & Casualty Corporation (IPCC).
