Mr. Legat also is the Chief Financial Officer of eBuyNow eCommerce Ltd., a private company that develops, manufactures, and distributes consumer-electronic products in partnership with globally-recognized brands, including Kodak and Motorola. Previously, he worked for 14 years in corporate finance and institutional sales. Most recently, Mr. Legat was with Integral Wealth Securities Limited, Jennings Capital Inc., and MGI Securities Inc. in their respective Calgary offices.
