Registration of capital increase and admission to trading
As announced in company announcement no. 5 of May 13, 2019, Waturu Holding A / S's share offering of 2,581,818 new shares was fully subscribed.
The capital increase has been registered with the Danish authority - the Danish Business Authority "Erhvervsstyrelsen" on May 15, 2019, and the offer has thus been completed.
Following the capital increase, Waturu Holdings A / S's share capital is nominally DKK 529.090,90.
Nasdaq First North in Denmark has confirmed that the company's shares will be admitted to trading with short name "WATURU" (ISIN: DK0061134780) on May 20, 2019 as planned.
