MYBEST GROUP S.P.A.: DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF 2018 ANNUAL RESULTS
MyBest Group S.p.A. (the “Company”), an omni-channel saving platform that offers services related to the main utilities operating in Italy and whose shares are listed on EuroNext Growth announces that the Company will not be able to publish the 2018 Annual report with annual financial statements (including consolidated financial statement) before the deadline (april 30, 2019)..
The Company intends to adopt in such Financial Statements the international accounting principles IAS/IFRS instead of Italian GAAP applied in the past and the transition to the new accounting principles requires more time to be completed.
The Company will publish before end of june its annual report. The annual report will comprise the annual financial statements, the group management discussion and analysis and the auditor’s report in respect of the annual financial statements.
