On 31 July 2019 Vilniaus Prekyba, the sole shareholder of Maxima Grupė, adopted a resolution to recall Jurgita Šlekytė from the member of the Supervisory Board of Maxima Grupė position pursuant to her notification regarding resignation. Jurgita Šlekytė has been elected as a member of the Board of Maxima Grupė by the resolution of the Supervisory Board of Maxima Grupė as of 1 August 2019.
Currently the members of the Supervisory Board of the Company are Evelina Černienė (Chairwoman of the Board), Ignas Staškevičius and Raimonda Kižienė. The members of the Management Board of the Company in office are Meri Navickė (Chairwoman of the Board), Jurgita Šlekytė, Jolanta Bivainytė, Edvinas Volkas, Arūnas Zimnickas, Kristina Meidė and Andris Vilcmeiers.
