Wolfpack Brands Corporation Announces Completion of Shares for Debt Transaction


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 21, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wolfpack Brands Corporation (“Wolfpack” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its press release dated August 21, 2019, it has partially completed its previously announced debt settlement (the “Debt Settlement”) transactions with, among others, certain directors and officers and former directors of the Company (the “Creditors”). Pursuant to the Debt Settlement, the Company issued an aggregate of 100,500,000 common shares in the capital of the Company, at a deemed price of $0.005 per common share, in consideration for the settlement of a total of $502,500 in outstanding loans and accrued interest owing to the Creditors.

The common shares issued pursuant to the Debt Settlement and the Private Placement will be subject to a four month hold period from August 21, 2019.
