On 15 October 2019 the supervisory board of MAXIMA GRUPĖ, UAB (the Company) adopted a resolution to appoint Rasa Milašiūnienė as the independent member of the audit committee of the Company until the end of the current term of office of the audit committee of the Company. She is joining Irena Petruškevičienė and Rytis Jezepčikas who currently hold position of the audit committee of the Company.
